In a dangerous situation where you feel personally threatened, call 911 for help. For maintenance emergencies, call our office.
Emergencies that require immediate attention:
1. Fire
2. An ongoing water leak that cannot be stopped or contained
3. Something that poses an imminent threat to the property or health and safety
Non-emergent but high priority repairs:
1. No hot water
2. Water leak that has been contained or stopped
3. Possible threat to health and safety
4. Unable to use a toilet or tub/shower AND there is only 1 bathroom in the property
Items that fall under normal repair category:
1. Inoperable appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven/range, washer, dryer, garbage disposal, etc.
2. Running toilet
3. Broken AC
Note that if you lock yourself out, you will need to contact a locksmith to have the door opened. This is at the tenant's expense.
