Moving Back Into the Property

When moving back into your home, please provide HappyDoors with at least 60 days written notice. Please review our cancellation and termination policy.

If the unit is tenant occupied and the lease is either coming to an end or the tenant is on a month to month term, the minimum notice required to terminate the lease is 45 days.

In some instances, a property owner will want to move into their property before the tenants lease ends. This is possible, however, it is up to the tenant whether or not they will allow the owner to do so. Please contact our team and we would be happy to review your options.
