Before emailing, calling, or submitting a service request online:
- Determine if there is a true emergency or a non-emergency. If its an emergency, call our office.
- Check to see if you can determine the cause of the problem that you are experiencing, unless you have an emergency.
- If its an item in which you are responsible for, complete the needed repair if you are comfortable and knowledgeable on how to do so. If you are not comfortable or knowledgeable, you can either submit a service or hire a qualified repair person to complete the repair which will be done at your expense.
- If its an item that the owner is responsible for maintaining or you are not sure, submit a maintenance request to our office.
